As Winnipeg's first meal assembly storefront, we offer twelve new menu items every month that include unique beef, pork, poultry, and fish entrées with a variety of delicious side dishes. We also offer a great selection of pasta, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. Our full size meals serve families of 4-6 and our half size meals serve 2-3 people.
With an average serving cost of about $5, the benefits are endless!

On the day of your session, visit our friendly meal assembly centre and rotate amongst our stations to bring your meal choices to life! Follow easy step-by-step assembly instructions and customize your meals to your liking. Once you take your meal choices home, you will reap the benefits for weeks to come! An hour or two of your time each month can guarantee a quality, homemade, balanced meal every few days for you and your family!

Too busy to assemble your own meals? Let our friendly meal assembly staff help out! Simply book your full or half size meals online using the "Pick Up" option in Step 1 on the Menu tab. Or just call ahead and our staff will assemble your meal selections and have them ready for pick up. Our Pick Up orders add a $2.50 per meal charge for half size meals and $5 per meal charge for full size meals at Checkout.

Need a meal tonight? Drop by our store to choose one of our delicious “Made to Take” meals. We have fresh meals ready to be cooked tonight, or you can pick up a frozen selection to cook at your leisure. Our meal assembly centre located in Kenaston Common in the southwest corner of Winnipeg.

Looking for an excuse for an evening out? How about hosting your own Private Party? Invite up to twelve of your friends and family members and have our store exclusively for your party! We can turn up the tunes and enjoy some great appetizers while you and your guests assemble your meal selections.
There are many benefits to our private parties. With a minimum of eight guests, choose the option that best suits you...
- As a host, you receive $10 off your total order for every person you invite that orders 5 or more meals (ie. 8 guests =$80 discount; or
- Each of your guests assembling 5 meals or more receives a $10 discount off their total order; or
- Supper Central can make a donation to Cancer Care Manitoba or the Multiple Sclerosis Society in lieu of the discount.
