Description:
Tender strips of beef, broccoli, and onions are sautéed in a slightly sweet, gingery sauce. This saucy beef stir fry is very tasty over your choice of white or brown rice.

Cooking Instructions
1.Thaw completely in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
2. Add 4 cups of water (2 cups for half orders) to a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat and add the rice. Stir, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender and all liquid had been absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
3. Meanwhile, add the marinade and meat to a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until beef is browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the same pan and add the broccoli, onions and celery. Stir and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender crisp.
5. Add the cornstarch to a small bowl or measuring cup with ¼ cup water (2 tbsp for half orders).
6. Add the broth/sauce to the wok with the vegetables. Add the water and cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened.
7. Add back the beef to the pan and stir.
8. Serve the broccoli beef over rice.
