Description:
Just throw this meal in the oven and enjoy as breakfasts, brunch, lunch or supper in no time! Seasoned eggs are mixed with hash browns, bacon, ham, cheese, and peppers.

1. Thaw completely in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
3. Add the bacon/ham, and the vegetables to a small skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4. Add all of the ingredients to greased baking dish and stir to mix evenly. (9”x13” dish for full orders and an 8”x8” dish for half orders.)
5. Cook uncovered for 35-45 minutes or until egg is fully cooked. When cooked, a knife will come out clean when inserted into the middle.
6. Cut into squares or spoon out to serve.
