Fall Off the Bone BBQ Ribs

Description:

These “fall off the bone” ribs are rich in flavour and can be slow cooked in the oven or in the crock pot all day long!  We provide this with a oven-roasted herb baby potatoes.

Cooking time: 1 ½ hours or all day

Suggested At-Home Side Dish: grilled zucchini

 We recommend keeping the potatoes frozen until ready to cook.

1. Thaw completely in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.

2. Ribs ~ Crock Pot Method:  Place the ribs in the bottom of the crock pot and top with the sauce mixture.  Ensure ribs are coated.  Cook covered for 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.

3. Ribs ~ Oven Method:  Preheat oven to 375°F.  Place ribs in the bottom of a roasting pan.  Pour sauce mix overtop, ensuring all ribs are coated.  Cover with lid or foil and cook for 1 ¼ hours.  Turn or stir occasionally.

4. Potatoes ~ Preheat oven to 375°F.  Pour 2 tbsp of oil (from home) into the bag of potatoes.  Add the seasoning/cheese mixture to the bag of potatoes.  Seal bag and toss to coat potatoes evenly.  Pour the potatoes onto a baking sheet and cook for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
